Hi, I’m Allison ~ a product design manager obsessed with growing others, with a knack for direct communication, problem solving, and writing docs.

I’m currently having a great time with the fine folks at Lattice as a Senior Manager, Product Design.

Previously, I managed teams of product designers at Asana, Ro, and BuzzFeed. Outside of work I spend my time parenting two adorable (and challenging!) tiny humans, enjoying the outdoors, and changing up my nail polish. I also like to sing, and in an alternative universe I would have loved to have been acting and singing on Broadway!
